Innovation in education cost management is essential to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
of the education system. This study aims to evaluate the impact of investments in education
technology and administrative automation on reducing operational costs and increasing
accessibility of education. The implementation of education technology, such as online learning
platforms and mobile applications, can optimize the use of resources and extend the reach of
education to more students. On the other hand, administrative automation, including
enrollment, scheduling and assessment processes, reduces administrative workload and allows
educators to focus more on teaching. The study found that through appropriate investments in
technology and automation, educational institutions can achieve more effective and efficient cost
management. The results show that innovations in cost management, supported by educational
technology and administrative automation, not only improve operational efficiency but also
expand the accessibility of education, especially for underserved groups. This study uses
qualitative methods to analyze data from various educational institutions that have
implemented technology and automation in their operations. The results show that with the
right investment in technology and automation, educational institutions can manage costs more
effectively and efficiently. This study uses qualitative methods to analyze the data of various
