IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCING MANAGEMENT IN IMPROVING EDUCATION QUALITY AT SD LEBAH PEMBELAJAR

The implementation of financing management plays a crucial role in improving the quality of
education at SD Lebah Pembelajar. Through effective financial management, schools can
optimize existing resources to support various educational aspects from infrastructure to
teacher development programs. This study aims to analyze the financial management
strategies applied at SD Lebah Pembelajar and their impact on education quality. The method
used in this research is a case study with a qualitative approach involving observation,
interviews, and document analysis. The results show that good, transparent, and accountable
financial planning and management can significantly improve education quality. The
budgeting process is guided by a priority scale consisting of four levels: urgent and
important, important but not urgent, not important but urgent, and not important and not
urgent. This scale aims to improve education quality effectively and efficiently. The
principles of fairness, transparency, and prudence in financial management are emphasized as
fundamental values in Islam and form the basis for good budgeting practices.
